Are my files uploaded anywhere?

Is there a file size limit?
There's no fixed limit. Because processing happens on your device, very large files (hundreds of MB) depend on your device's memory and may be slow on phones.
How much will Compress PDF shrink my file?
It depends on what's inside. Scans and photo-heavy PDFs often shrink by 50–90%. Text-only documents are usually already compact, so savings are small. Text always stays sharp and searchable.
