Using the Service
OneTimeApps offers free, browser-based utilities. You may use them for personal or commercial purposes, provided you follow these terms and all applicable laws.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to process content you have no right to use.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
- Copy, resell, or redistribute the Service itself as your own product.
- Use automated means to access the Service in a way that degrades it for others.
Your content
You keep all rights to the files, text, and data you use with our tools. Because processing happens in your browser, we don’t receive or store that content. You are responsible for your content and for keeping your own backups. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Our content
The OneTimeApps name, logo, design, and code are owned by us or our licensors. Nothing in these terms grants you a right to use them beyond using the Service as intended.
Advertising
The Service is free and supported by advertising. Ads are served by Google AdSense and, depending on your location and your choices, may be personalized. Ads are provided by third parties, and we don’t control or endorse their content or the products they promote. Don’t click ads in a way that artificially inflates clicks, and don’t use automated means to view or click them. You can manage ad consent through Google’s consent message. Cookies and analytics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how the Service is used. You can accept or decline this, and change your choice at any time from the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. The Service works the same either way. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Availability and changes
Tools may be added, changed, or removed at any time, and some are marked beta or coming soon. We don’t guarantee that the Service will be available without interruption.
No warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Check important results, such as converted documents or formatted data, before relying on them.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Third-party links
The Service may link to third-party websites or tools, and uses Google Analytics if you consent and Google AdSense, including ads that link to third-party sites. We aren’t responsible for their content or practices.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the effective date above. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of onetimeapps resides.
